Mr. Sharma seeks modification of the order dated 04.05.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39189 of 2020 to the extent that Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 367 of 2020 be read as Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020. The order dated 04.05.2021 is thus modified to the extent that Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 367 of 2020 be read as 'Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020'.

The mistake has crept in the order because of the wrong P.S. Case No. has been mentioned in the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55540 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the petitioners before the court below is also allowed. The order is modified to the extent that if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a further period of six weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 04.05.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed off.
