Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 01.02.2022 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Court No. 2, Muzaffarpur in Excise Case No. 477/2021, Tr. No. 327/2022 whereby and whereunder, the cognizance of the offences under Sections 30(a)/32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act was taken against the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed as withdrawn.
