Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 25 liters of mahua liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35466 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 4029 of 2019.
