The petitioner claims wilful disobedience of the order dated 6.5.2014 of this Court passed in CWJC No. 856 of 2014 by the opposite parties.
Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.1 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the claim of the petitioner has been disposed of by passing a speaking order dated 29.1.2015.
From a perusal of the speaking order dated 29.1.2015 it appears that the order under contempt has been complied with. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
