2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025 instituted under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and subsequently Section 111 B.N.S. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to be involved in theft of a truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and has submitted that materials have surfaced connecting the petitioner with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38231 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 crime.

6. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail in the court below.
