JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within two years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances and there is allegation of illegal demand and torturing against the petitioner. Apart from this, some injuries were found on the person of the deceased in course of post mortem examination.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25473 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 881 of 2015 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015 pending in the court of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna stands rejected.
