Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P. S. case no. 32/2015 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against all these petitioners that they assaulted the informant and others as a result of which informant and three others sustained injuries.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above stated Madanpur P. S. case no. 32/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22943 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 stands rejected.

However, if the petitioners surrender within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, their regular bail application shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
