The Petitioner seeks bail in Sultanganj P.S.

Case No. 94 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Adhik Tanti and Pappu Tanti and both of them have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 48567 of 2015 on 23.02.2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 2087 of 2016 on 24.02.2016. The petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 16.09.2016.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Vth Additional District Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
