Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar Saharsa P.S. Case No. 917 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80991 of 2019 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1870 of 2021(4) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sadar Saharsa P.S. Case No. 917 of 2018.
