The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs :- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari for quashing the PDS license no. 2301-06-08/2019 issued to the private respondent by the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur cum-Chairman, District Selection Committee, Muzaffarpur, whereby and whereunder in a meeting of District Selection Committee, it has been directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15338 of 2021(2) dt.30-09-2021 2/2 issue license of fair price shop to the private respondent under Bara Jagannath Panchayat of Mushahari Block of Muzaffarpur District.

(ii) To direct the respondents to allot the PDS shop to the petitioner who is suitable and eligible candidate for the same followed by cancellation of any P.D.S. license to the private respondent."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed upon the same, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
