JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits, referring to the First Information Report, that there is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners, though they have been named in the First Information Report. He has submitted that altogether sixteen

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43167 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 persons have been named in the First Information Report and there is specific allegation against one Md. Anbarul. He submits that said Md. Anbarul @ Md. Anbarul Haq has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.12.2014 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50204 of 2014.

In view of the submission, as made above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi, in connection with Baijpatti P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
