The petitioners seek bail in Singheshwar P.S. case No. 34 of 2017 under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The informant got information that some persons delivered some bottles in the canteen of Mariyum Circus. The canteen was searched and four persons, namely, Pinku Kumar, Raman Kumar, Takelal Mahto, petitioner No.1, and Dular Chand Mahto, petitioner No.2, were apprehended. Four bottles of Royal Stag, each containing 375 ml. were recovered. Considering the facts that only one and half liter of liquor was recovered from the canteen of Mariym Circus and for that the petitioners are in jail since 02.03.2017, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
