JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26(i)(ii), 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one country made pistol and six live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022(Sessions Trial No. 267/2022.
