The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muzuffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 363 & 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the co-accused person has been granted bail by the Court below Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

After perusal of the case diary, it appears that the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 has

Saheb and Bechan @ Lakhindra Ram had forcibly taken her in an auto and thereafter, she was taken to the station. Thereafter, they took her away to Anand Vihar and confined her in a room till 24.05.2018 whereafter, she was released by the culprit on the said date. Considering the fact that the petitioners have been specifically named by the victim girl, namely, Chanda Kumari, who is a minor aged about 14 years, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
