2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 498(A) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 731C/2022.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. She alleges atrocities and tortures for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is ready to keep the victim with full dignity and honour, but

The learned counsel has submitted further that the intention of the petitioner is reflected from the fact that he filed a case for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. He wanted Bidagri of the complainant, but her mother and brother denied the same.

5. None appeared on behalf of o.p.no.2, whereas the notices have been received by her mother.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 731(c)/2022.

7. The petitioner shall remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date till framing of charges.
