For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kunwar Narayan Jamuar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shahin Begum-(A.P.P.) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Taking into account the allegation as well as considering the subsequent development ensuing amongst the parties leading to compromise, it looks better to direct the petitioners to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower Court will consider favourably in the background of nature of injury being simple as well as having the case compromised between the parties, more particularly carrying omnibus allegation.
With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
