2. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2016 in connection with G.R.P.S. Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the petitioner has merely collected mobiles from various customers as mobile repair agent which is supported by a certificate of Lucky Mobile Repair Centre. It is further submitted that none of the articles recovered were stolen property as none has come forward to claim the mobiles.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
