The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.06.2020 passed by a Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 86612 of 2019. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order.

However for the reasons which have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34363 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 explained in the petition, the petitioner could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 19.06.2020. The order dated 19.06.2020 is modified to the extent that in case the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 19.06.2020 with the same terms and conditions.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
