2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came at the office of Block Development Officer, Gaurabauram and abused and assaulted him and caused disturbance in discharge of official duty.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
