The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under different Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Ranjit Kumar Vishwakarma entered into an agreement to sell a piece of land. The informant gave Rs. 4,00,000/- but the sale deed is not being executed. It is alleged that the informant gave money to the wife of Ranjit Kumar Vishwakarma, petitioner no. 2. It is submitted that the agreement was executed on 02.05.2013 but the petitioner no. 2 was married with Ranjit Kumar on 20.05.2013. The petitioner did not receive any money nor agreed to sell the land. The dispute is of civil nature.

No.21624 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in Moffasil P.S. Case No. 77/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
