2. This writ application has been filed for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15324 of 2021(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/3 issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities particularly to the Collector, Sheohar to make payment of award amount of rupees eight crore sixteen lacs eight thousand and eight hundred (Rs. 8,16,08,800/-) along with interest at the rate of 15% per annum to the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 20.10.2018 and award dated 03.11.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority , Muzaffarpur in Lans Acquisition Case No. 126/1981/02/2016 (Sheohar).

In view of the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority , Muzaffarpur to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019 for execution of order dated 20.10.2018 and award dated 03.1.2018 passed by the said Authority in Land Acquisition Case No. 126/1981/02/2016 (Sheohar), in accordance with law after hearing all the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date
