The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.326 of 2022 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case which is evident from Annexure 2 to this petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a
