====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ---------- 16-03-2017 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

It appears that vide order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioners were directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.14 of 2016 with the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners have criminal antecedent of the cases, as detailed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8194 of 2017 (3) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 paragraph-3 to this application but, in advertently, in the fourth paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court, in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it has been mentioned that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks modification in the fourth paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court with regard to the same.

Accordingly, in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners "the petitioners have no criminal antecedent" be read as "petitioners have criminal antecedent of the cases, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application". The order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Let this order be communicated to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.14 of 2016.
