The petitioner seeks bail in Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 183/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 30 litres of country made liquor made of Mahua was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11197 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 183/2016.
