2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 75/2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the parents-in-law of the deceased and as a matter of fact the deceased died by burn injuries in course of cooking. The marriage of the deceased with the son of the petitioners was a love marriage. There is inordinate delay in institution of the FIR on 06.02.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 20.01.2019. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP submits on the basis of post mortem report in the case diary that the deceased died of 60% burn injuries on her body.

Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the love marriage between the deceased and son of the petitioners was being opposed by the villagers, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
