Petitioner is directed to furnish desired information required under format in course of the day.

Informant had alleged that his daughter aged about 18 years has been enticed away by the petitioner. Annexure-2 is the statement of the alleged victim wherein she has refuted the allegation of kidnapping. Being major, her activity is appreciated.

That being so, petitioner Pritam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri G.N. Debey, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua PS Case No. 40/2016.
