The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.199 of 2005 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Jamui registered for an offence under Section 364/34 of the IPC. As per prosecution case, the informant alleges that there is allegation of kidnapping the husband of the informant by the petitioner with an intention to kill him. The husband of the informant is still traceless.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
