2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024, lodged under Sections 363, 34, 369, 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against two named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have kidnapped the informant's grand son who is aged about 3 months.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the petitioner has become victim of conspiracy.

No.41958 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/3 Counsel further submits that the petitioner and informant both are residing in a local jhuggi jhopdi and petitioner has started working in a new family in which the informant was earlier working and with a view to teach lesson to the petitioner, the informant has implanted this case against the petitioner. Counsel further submits that the alleged FIR has been lodged after four days of the alleged occurrence and the said victim boy (informant's grand son) was recovered on the very next date after lodging the FIR.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 07.03.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that it is nowhere come in the order that the victim boy (informant's grand son) has been recovered.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named be granted bail, but only on being satisfied by the Trial Court from the record of the case that the alleged victim boy (informant's grand son) has been recovered, and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
