JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections--380 & 457 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, it was argued that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and learned Sessions Judge did not mention any material against the petitioner in the impugned order. Moreover, co-accused, Sonu Kumar, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
