Versus

1. The State of Bihar & Ors.

.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Tej Narayan Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Dr. Anshuman ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Reply to second show cause is filed.

It is conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovered amount has already been paid to the petitioner but after order of this Court the opposite parties have stopped the family pension of the petitioner.

It has been pleaded in show cause that the family pension of the petitioner has been stopped on the basis of a circular and therefore, in my view, stoppage of family pension is not a subject matter of this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of stoppage of family pension before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if she wants to do so (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
