This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gamhariya P.S. Case No.265 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The deceased was called by the petitioner and thereafter he was killed. His dead body has been recovered. 4.

During investigation, the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt that because the deceased was blackmailing the sister of the petitioner after making her video, he has killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the informant has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38422 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is no legal evidence against the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura / concerned Court below, in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.265 of 2024.
