Petitioner was earlier granted provisional bail for a period of three months vide order dated 29.3.2018 in Banka P.S. Case No. 606 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 409 and 420/34 Indian Penal Code.

From the order sheet it appears that petitioner was earlier granted provisional bail by order dated 29.3.2018 with certain conditions. Petitioner could not comply those conditions and, thereafter, he made prayer with the Court for modification in those conditions which was allowed by order dated 10.8.2018.

Report was called for from the court below as to whether petitioner has been released in terms of order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10055 of 2018(8) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 10.8.2018 by this Court which has been received and kept at Flag 'C'. From the report it appears that petitioner has been released on bail in pursuance of aforesaid order dated 10.8.2018 passed by this Court in the instant case.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will comply the other terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 10.8.2018.
