This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against seventeen named accused persons, including the petitioner, to have committed assault on the informant and others with intent to commit murder. It appears that co-accused, Sukhram Choudhary, ahs also lodged Piparasi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016 against the prosecution.

Considering the general and omni bus allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 495 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14347 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
