Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed Cr. Misc. No. 20325 of 2015 for quashing the order taking cognizance of the petitioner. The petitioner filed this case for grant of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid case. Vide order dated 03.05.3015 this Court has been pleased to stay the further proceeding in Cr. Misc. No. 20325 of 2015 after issuing notice to Opposite Party No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order of stay of further proceeding he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition with liberty to file the said as and when required.
