The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.O (F) P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 09 and 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been identified at the place of incident and there is no incriminating evidence collected from the place of occurrence. The petitioners have been falsely roped in the case. I have considered the submissions, from the order of the learned lower court, it is apparent that the petitioners were involved in a Coaching of Wild Life Animal namely Deer. Considering the said aspects without commenting on
