In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.157 of 2017, arising out of Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No.38 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal code.

Paragraph no. 31 of the case diary indicates that in the mid-night, the accused persons forcibly taken away the victim and later on he was killed.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19948 of 2017 (3) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
