JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 573 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of subjecting the complainant to torture and cruelty with respect to demand of dowry of Rs. 50,000/- and a colour T.V.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that all the allegations are false and concocted and he is still ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and it is the complainant, who does not want to live with the

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, on the condition that he will pay Rs. 25,00/- per month to complainant towards her maintenance till the matter is finally adjudicated or any order for maintenance is being passed on petition, if any, filed by opposite party no. 2, on which, the petitioner will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 573 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
