14-07-2016 Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anant Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 368, 376, 370(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that almost on similar accusation, one of the co-accused has already been granted bail. He further submits that no incriminating material was collected and as such, he has made a prayer for extending the privilege of bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26926 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Besides hearing, I have also perused the material on record. On going through the F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
