2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2008 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 210 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is involved in committing the murder of the father of the informant.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2026 and claims clean antecedent. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5. From the records, it appears that the petitioner is an absconder as he is in custody only since 20.04.2026 in a case of 2008.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial after framing of the charge.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
