Learned State counsel, by way of referring to averment made in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on 25th January, 2016, submits that arrear rent at enhanced rate to the tune of Rs. 4,68,980/- (four lacs sixty eight thousand nine hundred eighty) has already been paid to the petitioner. In view of facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that at enhanced rate rent has already been paid, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
