The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72565/2019 to the extent of correcting the address of the petitioner and also to extend the period to surrender. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, the address of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 'Resident of Village-Dharhara, P.O. and P.S.-Darihat, District-Rohtas' in place of 'Resident of village Khiriaon, PO and PS- Kacchawa, District-Rohtas'. The correct address is mentioned in the cause-title of the main petition. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44439 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 No.72565/2019 is modified to the extent that in the order-sheet at cause-title portion, the address of the petitioner be read as "Resident of village Khiriaon, PO and PS- Kacchawa, DistrictRohtas". 4.

Further, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.11 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistate 1st Class, Sasaram (Rohtas). 5.

The order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72565/2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 15.05.2023. 6.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
