2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 103 / 104 of Trade Mark Act and 63 Copyright Act. 3 . As per prosecution case , on secret information a raid was conducted in the shop of this petitioner where fake cosmetic product of different companies were seized.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is simply a retail shop owner and purchased items for his shop from wholesaler and he is not aware of the nature of items purchased by him is fake or not. He is simply a victim of

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Patna City in connection with PTN 4336 of 2023 arising out of Chowk P.S. case No. 561 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
