Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Dowry Act. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

The petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
