The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisharai ( Kawaiya ) P. S. Case No 24 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i) and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that police got information that few persons have assembled for committing offence. The police caught hold those persons as named in the written report. It is further alleged that one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridge have been recovered from possession of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37188 of 2019(2) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Lakhisharai, in connection with Lakhisharai ( Kawaiya ) P. S. Case No 24 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:- (i) Both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall be present on each and every date fixed by the Court and absence on two consecutive dates without valid reason will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(iii) If petitioner tamper with the evidence in the case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
