Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 I.P.C.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2020. Submission is that he was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation which is already closed. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Only criminal case against the petitioner is under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering lack of material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38295 of 2020(2) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.152 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
