The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.35 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner lives in a joint family and there are several members in the house from where the alleged recovery has been made. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
