Having regard to the very limited nature of observation made in the order dated 18.11.2013 in the connected writ application being C.W.J.C No. 19034 of 2013, this Court, on finding from Annexure-D of the show cause reply that a reasoned order has been passed
Patna High Court MJC No.3220 of 2014 (2) dt.15-09-2015 rejecting the representation of the petitioner, is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt application.
That being so, this application is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
