Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 144, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3, 4,5 of the Explosive Substance Act, 17 C.L.A. Act and various sections of the Arms Act. Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it is alleged that accused persons, who were apprehended by the police on the place of occurrence, disclosed name of the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty in Dumaria P.S.
