The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajnagar P.S. Case No.90 of 2021 registered under Sections 376, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act as well as Section 3(ii)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after one week of the alleged occurrence.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Case No.90 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.26 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
