2. The petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, on 02.08.2022, when the informant was going to his Jayjori plant, Mantu Yadav (petitioner no. 3) and Vinod Yadav (petitioner no.
1) along with 10-15 persons attacked the informant. Mantu Yadav assaulted the informant by means of farsa due to which his left leg got fractured, thereafter Chandra Bhan

It is further alleged that Vinod Kumar and Mukesh Soni assaulted the informant by means of farsa due to which, he received cut injury on his neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant was examined by the doctor on 17.08.2022. The doctor was of the opinion that there are three injuries on the body of Anuj Kumar (informant) in which two injuries have been described as simple in nature and one is grievous upon leg below knee joint caused by hard and blunt substance. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioners have one criminal case against them.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
